Azeroth PM offers the following core services to villa owners and property investors:
- Short-Term Rental Management: Full operational management of your villa for tourist and holiday rentals. Azeroth PM charges a commission of 20% on rental revenue generated.
- Long-Term Rental Management: Management of residential leases for expats and long-term residents. Azeroth PM charges a commission of 10% on rental income.
- Villa Sales & Investment Advisory: Property sourcing, market analysis, and sales support. Azeroth PM charges a commission of 6% on the sale price upon successful completion.
The specific terms, commission rates, and scope of services for each engagement will be defined in a separate management agreement signed between Azeroth PM and the property owner.
